Hi Sevastian, thanks for letting us know about this. We have sent one of the samples you requested to the address provided via the Royal Mail Click and Drop service - the address is pulled automatically from our website by their system and to our knowledge this was delivered ok. Can you tell me who has told you it couldn't be delivered because of an issue with the address? We'd be very happy to chase this up for you with RM in case there is an issue they haven't informed us about, and if you could shed a bit more light on the issues you've had that would be much appreciated. We did also provide a full refund for the duplicate sample you ordered for the same address as these are limited to one per household I'm afraid.
