Thank you for recently taking the time to complete a customer satisfaction survey using Feefo.
At Gems we are always looking to deliver a fantastic shopping experience time and time again and to do that we have to listen to our customers comments and ideas. I have therefore passed on your comments to the relevant departments but can confirm that moving forward customers will be able to view their returns and refunds to make for a much easier and informed return process. We as of yet however have no date for the implementation of this service but do know how beneficial it will be.
Although not exactly what you have requested in that we handle our own repairs I can confirm that we do work very closely with two external jewellers in Birmingham who can handle a variety of jewellery servicing needs and we are always happy to liaise with them on your behalf.
I have also read with disappointment that a stone has fallen out of your Ethiopian Opal Sterling Silver Bracelet and would welcome you to either call me on 08456122000 or email me at Harvey.marvin@gems.tv to discuss it further. I will be more than happy to arrange a replacement for you as I have checked the availability and know that this is a possibility or if you would rather receive a refund then I can also arrange that to happen. Both options will see you receive a full reimbursement of your return p&p.
