Thanks for the feedback Thomas. Yes, our tours are organised in conjunction with local suppliers as they have the necessary infrastructure to provide an excellent level of support on the ground. The single supplement of 225GBP reflected the additional charge that the hotel would have levied on us had we officially converted your booking to a single room.

Many thanks for the feedback and rest assured your comments regarding the accommodation have been noted. We continuously reassess our preferred-hotel lists as we appreciate this is an important element of the holiday.

Thank you very much for the review and we're glad you found it to be well organised. Like many other popular tourist routes in Europe, there can be slightly higher traffic levels in July and August but I hope that didn't detract too much from your enjoyment of the trip.

Many thanks for the review Fiona. Some people love the ferry ride as it showcases the lake from the best angles and gives you a glimpse of the many pretty little ports along its shores ,but others, like you, find it a little long. Unfortunately the ferry schedule and logistics preclude any other solution at the moment but if that ever changes we'll be the first to offer alternatives.
