Что Ian Sharp сказал(-а) о Flexitreks:

Road Book earlier

The Road Book could (and should) have been provided earlier

Thanks for the feedback Ian. By dispensing the tour books at the first hotel we are able to keep the costs of these holidays down. We believe that most customers are content to receive the information at the first hotel but your opinion that they should be distributed in advance has been noted.

Что Ian Sharp сказал(-а) о Flexitreks:

Need Road Book earlier

The pre-tour paperwork was fine if somewhat minimal, however, at the very least an advance copy in PDF format of the Road Book would have been helpful, acknowledging that this didn't actually come...

Thanks for the feedback Ian. By dispensing the tour books at the first hotel we are able to keep the costs of these holidays down. Posting quite weighty packs to our customers around the world would add definitely something to the selling price. Also, the value of the route information itself makes one reluctant to convert it to something that could be disseminated widely online.

Leisurely cycling around Lake Constance.

Flexitreks were very informative and helpful, especially helping us to get the right dates for our trip. They also provided the GPS tracks which were invaluable!

Pre holiday service was great. Some of the paperwork was missing when we got to the first hotel (detailed route map and bike hire paperwork). This was resolved by the bike hire company and because...

I would absolutely deal with Flexitreks again.

Wonderful service and quick responses to questions. Never felt left out of the picture or that any questions were too small to deal with. I always felt completely in the loop with them.

Berlin to Copenhagen offers variety in many ways!

We really think that it would be more beneficial to receive the Mecklenburger little tour book information beforehand

Many thanks for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback Trevor. Bike insurance is something that very few bike operators offer. We are told it is quite hard to come by and those that do offer it tend to fund and run the scheme themselves. Your comments about the signage have been fed back to our local operator and I'm glad the GPX tracks we supplied were put to good use.
