You've raised a few points, but allow me to try and answer them in turn: We're pleased to hear that you're happy with how your latest renewal was handled and that we're still able to provide you with cover for Leo. Your request for a lifetime cover option has now been passed on to our products team. This feedback will be used when we next review our product range. Our website is currently only able to show very limited information. We are working on changing this (unfortunately, I can't give you a timescale), but we are very sorry if not being able to see the status of your policy has caused you any confusion in the past. We're pleased that you want to keep your pet insurance policy active and your feedback is really helpful - as it will help us to improve what we can offer you in the future.
