Not enough information

I did not receive a renewal notice so had no idea that Spikes insurance had ran out. I did find a message on my home phone a couple of days ago letting me know but it had already ran out at that...

I find Exotic pets insurance a great company to be with.renewal is very straight forward and always there is someone at the end of the phone to speak to .

i receive paperwork for this policy yearly, there is never no contact from the company.
