Cancelled renewals on both my policies a few weeks ago. Please confirm that 'Thanks for renewing ' really means Sorry you're leaving!!!

Thank you for your feedback. First, I would like to confirm that your policies will not renew, as per your instruction.

It appears that communications about your renewal have overlapped with your request to stop the cover. We are sorry for any confusion or distress that receiving a conflicting message from us may have caused.

We have tried to call you several times over the last few days to discuss what happened, but have not been able to speak to you directly. If you would like to contact us and discuss this matter in any more detail, please do give us a call on 0345 982 5505 (The contact centre is open Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:15.)

Great for emergencies

Really easy to renew. I haven't had to use the insurance but it is good to know it is there for my 3 African Greys.
