Hi Jeremey. Thanks for pointing out the problem with our website and shipping charges not being correct for Ireland. I have just tried the checkout and it is not great. The delivery charges for Ireland are only clear if you look up it up in our delivery section, they are not clear at checkout. Our IT team are working on it now. We equally hope to have a new website up in the next couple of months to make this side of things accurate and easier to use.Regarding contacting you. You placed your order on Monday evening. On Tuesday morning our sales team contacted you via email, that email bounced back with an out of office message, giving a second email address. The team repeated the email to the second address but did not get a reply. The following day the team sent emails to both address's and called your phone and left a message, to which you responded and paid the outstanding shipping fees to Ireland, before the good were dispatched.I do agree people expect a superior service from Essential Supplies, we will make it better for you and all our customers in Ireland.
