My sincere apologies for the late delivery. At this time of the year Parcelforce are delivering thousands of parcels for us every month and get things right 99% of the time. Because of the size of some of the larger parcels we ship (some over 1.5m), the choice of couriers we can use is very limited. We have recently updated the website and for a 24 hour period there were a couple of minor bugs which had to be ironed out so sorry for the inconvenience. Ref the cord length, it is the maximum allowed by current regulations at 1.5 meters. Please let us know if you need any assistance with anything in the future.
