Hi Kathryn. Thanks for your feedback. We really appreciate it. Just to clarify on the 'new' t-shirt you purchased from us and the comparison with your previous KARMA T. We actually produce 2 different types of t-shirt. Both are made from the same premium organic cotton and are both cut in the same style, but 1 version (the one you originally purchased) is 'Stonewashed' and the other is not. All our stonewashed T's are specifically marked as being stonewashed and these t-shirts are unique in their look and feel. Stonewashing the garments gives a unique effect to the cotton and colour (it has variations) and the cotton is softened up to give an almost velvet like feel to them. They are luxurious. Our 'standard' (non stonewashed t's) are far more crisp and cool, but still made from the same premium organic cotton. We love both styles (obviously!) but we do have some customers who prefer the crisp cool cotton version and others who prefer the soft lux feel of the stonewashed t's. So, if you only want t's that are like your original KARMA one then look out for the stonewashed name in the product title and you will be sure to get a similar product. Hope this helps. Lou Lou **

Hi Marie. Thanks for your feedback, although we are clearly disappointed with the rating! Just to clear things up with the delivery and our communications with customers. Firstly on the delivery: We offer all our global customers a variety of delivery options at checkout to accommodate everyones needs. A quick one (the most expensive) and then generally 1 or 2 others that are cheaper (or free depending on your spend) but are slower in delivery time. On your order you selected our slower USPS option (rather than the fast DHL option) which states up to a 9 working day delivery timeline. The 9th working day is this coming Friday so it's not due yet. We do send all customers a dispatch confirmation email and in that message there is a tracking link that allows you to see where your parcel is at any time. I have taken a look at your package and it arrived at the USPS the U.S sorting depot in Chicago on the 28th July and will be with you soon. I'm sure it will be with you on or before the stated delivery time. As for our communications / newsletters - these go out at the same time every week regardless of when you placed an order (and even if you haven't placed an order) and the request for a product/service review is sent by our review partner Feefo and is always sent around 3-4 days after the original order date. But neither are an indication that your delivery is late or overdue. SO I hope this has clarified your delivery. Like I said you can click on the link in your dispatch confirmation email and see where your item is at any time.
