We're sorry to read your feedback of our products and service and that you rate them 1 star. Our team here work tirelessly to offer our customers a fantastic service both pre and post purchase so it is disappointing for us to read you are unhappy with us and what we have provided to you.
As per our email to you yesterday, you ordered an item on pre-order meaning the item wasn't actually in stock at the time you placed your order. All pre-order items are marked with a pre-order button and we also give an expected ship date for the item which is usually within 2-3 weeks of being available to pre-order on our site. In your case you placed your order on the 14th November and it was delivered to you on the 28th November.
We have an independent review partner (Feefo) who send out automated review requests on all orders but they don't know specifically that your order was a pre-order product which is why you received a request to review the product, so apologies if this review request was an inconvenience.
We set the very highest standards for our products and our support to customers and I hope that now you have your items that they met with your satisfaction.
In the first instance please do not hesitate to reach out to our wonderful support staff regarding any query or issue you may have as in 99% of cases we can help.

Your team reminded me my item was s preorder item. It arrived the next day and I am very happy with it.
The customer service was great too and replied swiftly with a friendly manner and explained everything in detail.

I love both of the Tshirts I ordered. The fabric is fantastic, the sizing is perfect. The order was quick to arrive and nicely packaged.
