To amend the star rating you would need to do this (probably via the notification you receive from Feefo) Just select the stars you want to give for service and product and confirm and this will amend things. HI Dana Thanks for your message and feedback of our service/items. The fact you are saying you have not received any communication from us whatsoever leads me to believe your email client has put our messages in your junk/spam folder. Can I ask if you have checked these? I'm sure you'll find our messages and dispatch confirmations there. I can see on our system they were sent to you at your email address. Like every order we process, every single customer will be sent an order confirmation email plus a dispatch confirmation email with their tracking information when your item is sent. Unfortunately here in the U.K our primary shipper Royal Mail has had a number of industrial action strikes recently and this has led to some delays in collections and parcel processing. Packages are taking longer to arrive. Whilst it is extremely frustrating for thousands of businesses here in the U.K unfortunately these events are outside of our control. They are actually on strike again today and tomorrow! We do advise a 9 working day shipping timeline for U.S orders which would give you an approx expected delivery date of the 19th December for your order which was picked, packed and dispatched on the same day you placed it on the 6th December. So, we can confirm your order is on its way to you and hopefully will not be too delayed by the action from Royal Mail. Hello Anne We note your 1 star poor service rating for us which is disappointing for our team who work very hard to provide an outstanding service to our customers. To clarify the situation, your order was dispatched on the 28th November. We advise a 5 working day expected delivery timescale for our standard delivery option, which would have given you an expected delivery date of Monday 5th December (yesterday). However, as you may have seen in the news, Royal Mail workers are currently in dispute and have had a number of strike days recently which has badly disrupted Royal Mail deliveries during this time, and this is what will cause a delay to your package Royal Mail workers went on strike on 30th November and then again on the 1st December. This would now give you an expected delivery date of Wednesday 7th December (tomorrow) but will depend on how the Royal Mail workers deal with their considerable backlog of packages. The Royal Mail strike action has caused a major disruption to deliveries for companies across the U.K and beyond, and whilst it is highly frustrating, I’m afraid there isn’t anything we can do from our side to change things at such short notice. There were no delays on our side processing, picking/packing or dispatching your order. Your package is in the RM network and is on it’s way to you.
