Отзывы о Easybook Training

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns. We would like to clarify that at Easybook Training, we operate solely as a booking agency and do not have direct involvement in the delivery or content of the training courses. We work with a vast network of reputable UK training providers to facilitate bookings for their courses. However, the issue you raised regarding the way answers were provided during the training is concerning and we take your feedback seriously. We will ensure that it is forwarded to the relevant training provider responsible for the training content, delivery methods, and facilitation of the course. It is our goal to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of customer service as well as valuable training experiences that go beyond simply providing answers and we will communicate your concerns to the training provider for their evaluation and they will contact you directly to discuss this. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us in selecting and working with training providers who consistently deliver high-quality training experiences. If there's anything else we can assist you with or if you have further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for choosing Easybook Training, we hope to assist you again with any future booking requirements
