This is as a result of BT changing their security settings but we do have instructions on how guests can make Discover Scotland a 'safe sender' and would be happy to send these to you, should you book again.

Many thanks for your comments. The security payments were introduced at the beginning of 2017. Although the security deposit is refundable, we do appreciate that £150 can be alot of money for people to find last minute . For this reason we do give guests the option of paying a non-refundable £18 waiver instead. Guests are able to opt for whichever payment best suits them and can be changed at any time if necessary.
