Their service is good but the resort that we went to was absolutely terrible and should not have been on their website. Had a bizarre holiday

We would expect that if it was so terrible, you would follow the complaint process to let us know so we could assist you.

I was actually just going to do that. We were moved from our room twice. Once due to an electric shock from the floor tiles as the cabling below the tile was burnt and there were sparks and smoke erupting from the grouts. Kids still have nightmares. You should receive an email with reference 116102 which contains evidence from the resort in form of a letter.

Thank you we are disappointed to hear of the issues, but also most concerned you did not report them from resort not least since you have broken the contract terms and conditions by not doing so. However, we will address the complaint once received.
