after payment made 3 still unreturned calls with queries,very frustrated.
non existant follow up on queries.this is my 2nd booking in 2 months.phone 01785818369.finn gresty.i am available today after 2pm.

Booking easy but issue with bags and seats, sorted satisfactory over phone
Booking straightforward but went to check in the flights but the cabin bag and seats we purchased weren’t linked to the booking. Spent 25 mins waiting on the phone, when I got through the operator...
