We're so sorry you had an issue with your order and that it took 13 days to claim a refund from us - we have investigated this issue and can confirm your refund is complete. We have recently integrated a new stock system into our website that will ensure customers moving forward can't order items that are out of stock. We have also recruited more internal web staff to help with the increase in orders. We are working on our internal systems to ensure customers are kept up to date on the status of their order - some of our products can be back-ordered and we, therefore, need to purchase the items on behalf of the customer before we can ship the delivery. We have also just updated our stock system on our website to ensure customers moving forward, can't purchase items that are not in stock and are unavailable. Hi Carys, thanks for your feedback! We're sorry our website did not clearly state that our Inker cups and saucers are sold separately. We have recently updated the product descriptions to include a link to the matching saucer to make this more clear for customers who shop with us online. You can see those changes here.
