Thank you so much for the feedback, Sonia. As you can imagine, delivering glass items can be very risky and dangerous. After a couple of years of optimising our delivery and packaging methods, we have recently managed to get to a position where we get our glassware delivered undamaged almost every time. Unfortunately, this has required us to use more packaging.
We're dedicated to ensuring we are as efficient as possible with our packaging and have taken many steps to reduce our environmental footprint over the last few years. Unfortunately, with glass products, it's challenging. It is worth noting that we only dispatch items with extra packaging for orders which include glassware.
However, we take on board your worries, so we will ensure that we put a conscious effort into looking for alternative packaging options for our glass products.
Please get in touch if we can help in any way. We'd hate to lose you as a customer if there's something we can do to improve.

We're really sorry to hear that an item arrived damaged. We try to take every care in packaging our glassware for delivery. It's a fine balance between using too much packaging and unnecessarily creating a strain on the environment and getting items delivered safely.

We're really sorry to hear about this. We've been working hard to sort this stock issue out as we have noticed a few problems regarding products being out of stock and not getting that information out to our customers. Hopefully, we'll see you again soon but with a much better experience!
Don’t accept an order without checking it can be fulfilled in accordance with your next day policy. And answer emails telling you the goods haven’t arrived.
