Thank you Emily for your review. We understand you concern at Cooksmill. In fact we promote many eco friendly products. When we are dispatching glass products we try and pack them as carefully as possible to avoid breakages. Breakages not only upset customers but arguably cause more harm to the planet with a second delivery and a second product needed. We will look at ways of reducing our plastic in favour of paper.

Our sales staff contacted you and offered a refund however you choose to wait for the item. There has been a longer than expected delay from the manufacturer for which we can only apologise. We do give lead times in good faith as they are given to us. We apologise for the delay.
