It does seem that on this occasion they have let us down. Your comments will be passed onto DPD with an aim to them improving their service. We have discovered there was on error on that product on our stock system and this shouldn't have shown as in stock at the time you ordered. Thank you for your review Laura. We are sorry that two of your jars arrived broken. We do try and pack our deliveries as carefully as possible but occasionally breakages do happen. (Customer have complained about too much packaging and the effect on the environment.) We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
