Whenever possible we try to deliver from our own stock, however sometimes due to the location of our customers and also the vast range of products required by our customers we have to use third party suppliers. In this case our supplier Civils & Lintels Westbury let us down, it is often the case that we only find out these sort of problems when they arise and we are informed by our customer(s) as per the telephone call made to ourselves yesterday. Since this issue occured the branch manager has spoken to a lady regarding this and left a voicemail on your mobile phone as instructed by her yesterday, the delivery has now been for friday 19/07/2013 as we were informed noone will be in until friday. I do however appreciate your feedback and this will be logged for our records. We hope that you will see fit to use us again in the future as we value all our customers business very highly. Many thanks for your e-mail, in this instance we had trusted Travis Perkins with the order and they assured us that the product they were sending was not Hyload itself but a direct equivalent we did try to contact you prior to delivery to inform you of this but had no luck in reaching you we have contacted Travis Perkins with reference to this and are expecting some form of credit we will in turn credit the difference of £6.52 + VAT we hope that this is satisfactory and does not effect future business .
