We will use this information to monitor and improve our services. Whenever possible we try to deliver from our own stock, however sometimes due to the location of our customers and also the vast range of products required by our customers we have to use third party suppliers. In this case our supplier let us down, we informed them about delivering your items at the desired date and told them to call before delivering but that seems not the case. It is often the case that we only find out these sort of problems when they arise and we are informed by our customer(s). I do however appreciate your e-mail and this will be logged for our records.
