It is often the case that we only find out about these issues when they arise and we are informed by the end user, in this case yourself. If you can provide us with some photographic evidence of the said damaged goods or let us know that the damage was reported on the delivery note we will endeavour to push our the third party supplier CCF Bristol for a partial credit, of which we will be happy to pass onto yourself.
