Whenever possible we try to deliver from our own stock, however sometimes due to the location of our customers and also the vast range of products required by our customers we have to use third party suppliers. In this case our supplier Stock Gap let us down, Stock Gap sent the wrong lintels and could only replace them a week later which understandably unacceptable. It is often the case that we only find out these sort of problems when they arise and we are informed by our customers, Because of this inconvenience we are prepared to offer you a deal on your next purchase with us (excluding Windows, Lintels and Blocks) just call in and ask for Ian who you have already spoken with to deal with your order.
