Whenever possible we try to deliver from our own stock, however sometimes due to the location of our customers and also the vast range of products required by our customers we have to use third party suppliers. In this case our supplier Travis Perkins Ltd let us down, We were told that the original timber size you requested was in stock but when we placed the order it turned out that it wasn’t, We contacted you about the issue and managed to get a size larger out to you that could be cut down. It is often the case that we only find out these sort of problems when they arise and we are informed by our customers. We do however appreciate your e-mail and this will be logged for our records.
