There was a agreed delivery date set and the supplier CCF Ltd didn’t deliver on the date promised, We failed to contact you about the problem and let you know that the goods would arrive in the afternoon the very next day. We left the goods onsite in your best interest because CCF Ltd would of charged extra to come back to that address for a second time. After assessing the situation we do feel that we have let you down and we would like to offer you some discount on your next order with us. It is often the case that we only find out these sort of problems when they arise and we are informed by our customer. We do however appreciate your e-mail and this will be logged for our records.
