Dear Michelle, thank you for the feedback. The rug you ordered was on a 3-4 week lead-time as it was not in stock at the time of your order. Unfortunately Pappelina did not send out our order before their Summer break factory closure in July which has put all shipments back at least a week. We did send you an email 2 weeks ago to advise you of this delay and that it would not be sent until early August which is the case. They are due to ship to us now on 4th August. We can only apologise for the delay. Kind regards.
