Dear Sarah, we are sorry to hear about the issue you had with your product. These being European duvet / pillow sets, the sizes are slightly different to ones made in the UK. The set sizes are available to view on the product page in the details area when ordering, as is information on the larger UK pillowcase size available to order separately. We must also apologise if you felt our service was not up to our normal standard but I am sure she did not mean to come across dismissive but we will certainly take this feedback forward.
