I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the slippers you purchased from us.
We do offer a free returns service with collect+ for our customers to return any unsuitable goods to us with.
Our returns policy is 14 days from when you receive the order for a refund, and 28 days for a exchange.

If we do have other sizes in stock we would have been happy to exchange the item for you. I do apologize we were unable to do this for you.
