I have had a look into your order and can see the trousers you ordered are priced at 19.99 for one pair of trousers, but if you buy two of more you get discount and they reduce to 17.99 per pair. I can see your first order for these was for one pair at 19.99. You then ordered another two pairs a couple of days later and these were 17.99 per pair. I can see you were refunded 4.99 back to your card on 28/8 for the postage. We would advise to check your bank statement as this has definitely gone through on our end. With the second order you have only ordered two pairs of these trousers on the website and only charged for two pairs which is why three were not sent. I am sorry about this issue and hoped this has helped clear the matter for you.

Thank you for your time and feedback. I have had a look into your order with us and can see the order was for Farah trousers. Unfortunately the olive colour we supply is a quite a dark shade as shown on the website. Due to the lighting used when the images are taken, this can sometimes make the shade look lighter. I can confirm the airforce colour in the Farah trousers are a dark shade, the light blue trousers are more of a pale blue shade. I am sorry about the issue you have had with the colours in these trousers. I will have your comments passed on to see if there is anything that can be done about the images which advertise the trousers.
