Our Free Worldwide shipping usually takes 10-20 working days but it can take up to 30 working days (6 weeks) as different countries’ customs can take a bit longer. Unfortunately we have no control over how long this takes. You can track your order using your personal barcode. We can see from this tracking that your order reached Australia on the 15th of May. Everything looks normal so far.
