Before purchasing I had a couple of queries regarding the item so e mailed 2/3 times. I had a speedy response with the relevant information. Prompt delivery once ordered. Would recommend this company

Hi Holly,

Our Free Worldwide shipping usually takes 10-20 working days but it can take up to 30 working days (6 weeks) as different countries’ customs can take a bit longer. Unfortunately we have no control over how long this takes. You can track it using your personal barcode. You can find this on your invoice and you can track it through the Deutsche Post website.(This is the delivery service ChrisElli uses) Here is a link for your convenience. https://www.packet.deutschepost.com/web/portal-europe/
