I understand you are dealing with one of our customer service team with regards to this and hopefully a resolution is reached shortly.

As stated in the Delivery Information section of our website  https://www.chriselli.com/info/delivery-information.html our Free Worldwide shipping usually takes 10-20 working days but it can take up to 30 working days (6 weeks) as different countries’ customs can take a bit longer. Unfortunately we have no control over how long this takes.

You can track your order using your personal barcode. You can find this on your invoice and you can track it through the Deutsche Post website.(This is the delivery service ChrisElli uses) Here is a link for your convenience. https://www.packet.deutschepost.com/web/portal-europe/ Please be aware that as this is a free delivery service it is not a fully trackable service.
