Thank you for your 5 star review, I am so pleased that your beds arrived nice a quick for you, yes I can only imagine the help you received was top notch, I am so pleased your granddaughter loves her new bed , and the lovely feedback regarding the quality of the bed. Yes I can see what you mean regarding the bottom bunk it could do with a rail to stop the pillow from falling out or if a child wanted to sit up.

Thank you for your review, we are so sorry that the bed you have picked is not yet in stock, I can only apologise as we are in the process of changing our website, which is causing some IT disruption, we do advertise under the in stock message the delivery lead times for products while we work to resolve this issue, the supplier of the bed have advised they will be providing a shipping update shortly, once we have the update we will be providing our customers with an update.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry you are having issues with the bed, If you can please advise of any parts you may require replacing we can certainly assist you with this. We are sorry but we would require footage of the bed wobbling to assist you further.
