Thank you for your review, I am so sorry that you are not happy with the service provided here at Childrens bed shop, we are constantly working towards a better shopping experience.We are working on our website currently and looking to introduce the cabin bed mattress to the drop down menu for the Pluto Midsleeper to offer an extra mattress for our customers, however the mattresses on the web page all comply with the Pluto Midsleeper.We are sorry that the incorrect product was allocated on your order and the correct item was rectified.I am so sorry that the delivery lead time had fallen out of the service guide, I understand that the transport company are full to capacity and are trying to get those deliveries to our customers asap.With regards to replacement parts, the warehouse team are currently working on getting your part to you with in the 7-10 working days.We pride ourselves on our customer service and have many returning customers, leaving some really positive reviews.I apologise the part was a duplicate with in your order and any inconvenience this may have caused, and your little boy can be in his new bed soon.I am so sorry that you are having to wait for the replacement part, however this procedure is a lot more complex that a new order and does take a little longer to process.I am so sorry that your replacement part has not arrived with you and have chased Hermes regarding the replacement part, they have advised that a search is being performed for you, If this is unsuccessful I will raise a further service request with the warehouse to resend the part for you.Please accept our sincere apologies and we hope to have this rectified for you.

The missing part finally arived almost 3 weeks after the bed, and its all built now and seems to be good. The flat pack itself was easy to put together, although not as well designed as an IKEA set (the pocket screws meant getting the end fush and square was more difficult that it need to be).
It you want the bed and its the only place then you will get it in the end, I was just left very disapointed by the manufacturer (wrong part); shop (didn't expedite the replacement); and courier (had to be reminded to find the parcel).

Now built it looks okay, but the design isn't as good as an IKEA set and there were a few blemishes on the paint (fortunatly not visible in my sons room).

A month later and after 3 attempts of having the bed collected we have now been waiting for 2 weeks and still not had a refund. Just keep blaming the supplier and apparently no manager I can speak to. Avoid this company at all costs.
