Excellent chair exactly as advertisd

Although 5 star seems fairer I decided that I would lose 1 as the item wa not in stock and a 3-4 week delay. They informed, by phone, within 24 hours of the placement.

Thank you for your review and I am surprised at your comments as we did discuss over the telephone that if you dismantles the chair and re boxed it we would happily collect and refund. However as you did not want to do this we were not able to collect. We will always accept returns but items must be re boxed so that we are able to collect.

I had to wait a long time for the chair and then it arrived without any arms. They have now turned up but the bolts provided aren't long enough to attach the arms.
