Hi Susanne, thank you for taking the time to submit a review and we sincerely apologise for the delay in delivery.
After looking at the original order we cannot see what the issue was with the address provided as it is quite common for Hospital Buildings to not require a street number or name. If there is an issue with an address we are usually notified by our courier and have not been in this case. Are you able to provide more detail of the issues you experienced with this address? We can’t seem to find a record of a correspondence regarding this matter. Once we have more information I will be able to pass this feedback on to the relevant department. I ordered 2 fans on 15/1/18. The invoice is dated and received on 19/1/18. These products were received 23/1/18. On 30/1/18 I requested a return and refund which has been denied due to the 14day...

Hi Judy, we offer a change of mind policy that goes beyond our Australian consumer law obligations. The terms and conditions are available and clearly outlined on our website for all customers to view before purchasing. On the chance that the other conditions were met we would have considered making an exception. However, as we sell electrical goods, boxes that have been opened cannot be returned. In relation to the submitted product review, the listing clearly states the ceiling to blade measurement. Even if this were not the case our team would have been able to source this information for you and advise accordingly.
We ordered our fans on a Friday morning and they were delivered the following Monday morning. We were thrilled with their prompt service. We will definitely be using again!
