We provide the manufacturers manual and full manufacturers specification on the website. We highlight that the 2x9kW fryer requires a hardwired installation by a qualified electrician. It can be installed single or 3ph which requires different power wiring. All UK manufacturers of fryers over 3kW do not provide cabling - For the reasons above and crucially - to prevent unqualified customers wiring a plug to the unit with potentially disastrous consequences. We're sorry that this was not made even clearer. 

We apologise for the delivery issues. An estimated delivery date was given and adhered to but we understand that there was no one available to accept delivery after 1:00pm. AM deliveries are available but are charged to us at a premium. We do request access information at the point of order and will investigate how this problem could have been avoided.
