Many thanks for the feedback. Following investigation we apologise that the gas hose was sent separately. We stock this products but the availability at the time of your order meant that the hose & fryplate would be despatched separately - we did discuss this with you at the time of the order.  

Regarding the castors, we do offer to swap the legs for castors but this must be specified prior to despatch. We make this clear on our website. Please be assured that this would be a quick and trouble free operation for any qualified installation engineer. The castors were despatched inside the oven and we are genuinely unable to understand how they were extracted from your oven during delivery. We have of course refunded the castors now you no longer require them.

I understand the Falcon fryplate has been delivered.
