Shop anywhere but here. They love cancelling orders.

Terrible. Uncaring. The only good part was getting my refund. Over priced tin. Not the quality it once was. I did all my own shipping. Paid alot to handle and they can't handle their business.

Good Morning, We have been emailing privately, so we have explained our position and we are disappointed we were unable to provide the experience you were looking for with Burrells. We did discuss very early on the fact that as a company we do not ship abroad and we do not use couriers. With regards to the quality of our jewellery, our diamonds and mount are of the highest quality and as discussed with you the initial order you were very happy with the quality of. We hope you will be able to find something you like equally with someone who will be in a position to ship to you. Regards Sarah Burrells Distribution Manager
