Very impressed with service from Burrells and good customer service. When the ring i ordered was out of stock, they did tell me that they had a size smaller in stock and that fitted perfectly.

I bought a charm that was too small for my granddaughters charm bracelet so

It wasn’t clear that the charms were different sizes of bracelet on the site.
