Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that you were not happy with the Butyl Repair Kit. We have a free call back facility on our website so if our customers have any questions about our products e.g. the size of the patch included in the repair kit we can answer them before you buy the product. I have had a look on your account and i can see that you have not contacted us regarding the glue, if you had informed us we would have have been able to replace the product for you. I hope that the repair kit has worked for you and if you have any further problems please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind Regards
