Everything was fine, except the vehicle was a few days late and lacked a couple of things such as the wheel jack and the signwriting.

Hi Nick, Thank you for your review and I am happy you like the car. With regards to the vehicle not having a wheel jack, this is because the car has a tyre inflation kit as standard and doesn't have a spare tyre or wheel jack. I am sorry that you are unhappy, please be assured we value our clients highly. As you can imagine your comments have prompted us to investigate your case I have noted that prior to you posting the comments on Feefo, you had been in communication with us regarding this matter to which we responded. Having reviewed the emails regarding the reversing sensors, I note that we were initially discussing 2 vehicles a Citroen and Mercedes one of them did have parking sensors (Citroen), the other didn’t (Mercedes). I have checked all the quotes that were forwarded on the Citroen that you eventually ordered, and it didn’t state on any of the paperwork or the emails that the vehicle had parking sensors as standard. I noted that my colleague did email you after delivery, when you raised the issue of parking sensors and did explain this, he also offered to help you, if you did want to look at these fitted, which I believe you have asked us to do.I am sorry but looking at all the details It appears that you have received the correct vehicle with the correct specification, I believe that this maybe a case of you mixing up the vehicle specifications between the two vehicles discussed, this is easy to do hence why we send the quotations in writing and also the orders in writing.
