James thank you for your feedback, I have noted from your comments that the van wasn't clean on delivery. You are absolutely correct in expecting your new van to be clean on arrival. I am sorry this is the case, we were not aware of this. Please could you arrange to have the van Valeted at a time to suit you and email us the receipt and we will refund you. We will be taking up the lack of update with the delivery company and also the fact the van was not in a clean state when delivered.
