Hi,
1 of your items is at your local post office, the courier should have left a note through your door to advise what to do.
The delivery code that was used by some customers was a fraudulent code that we did not authorise, any orders using this code were cancelled due to the breach of terms of service.

Hi,
Sorry you feel this way, the items the lady ordered on the next day were a different make of towel rails and subject to different stock levels.

Lack of communication, waiting over 2 weeks for 48 hour delivery
Bought a few radiators on their special offer, 1 order was cancelled a week after I placed it. Paid for 48 hour delivery it took over 2 weeks to get to me. No dispatch email, no tracking...

such a shame
The idea of the £1 sale was amazing and much appreciated however the company was no where near prepared. I ordered 4 items 1 on one day, 2 on the next day and then 1 more on the following day....

Awful!
Almost two weeks later and my order still hasn’t arrived all I keep getting told is it’s in process no tracking details and no proper invoice !!
