poor customer contact late delivery
the delivery time for the item should have been next day delivery but it took a week for it to be delivered to me and then only after I had sent two emails asking for a delivery date and tacking order

Garbage commmunications,have been let down on one item & told when turning up to colllect that the order was order simply “closed”, no further information given when I questioned the warehouse manager/supervisor. No email to tell me they had cancelled the order due to inept mismanagement & stock check.
Customer service manager offered to give me 10% off a similar product. Which would have ended up 60 times what I had paid for the missing item.
Totally unsatisfied & disgruntled customer

Not to keen not sure if i would use again.
Made an order took the money but then said wasn't in stock.I check online and they had them for sale.Paid for 48hr delivery got them a week later without any notice at all.
