Upon reviewing your policy I can see that due to limited access online via MYXA as your policy was in the renewal cycle the change would have been unavailable online. However I can see that this was escalated and agreed with a manager and cover was agreed with you, this was then followed up by a call to you from our team to confirm car was collected the following morning so your cover was not impacted.
