Not as good as they use to be

Surprise increase of over 21% which was reversed on phone call BUT I got 2 certificates issued arrived in the same day. 1 for reversed amount 610 and 1 for original 730. Rang the office. No help...

quick response but I find price increase of 20% over year to be reprehensible and unnecessary
