The vehicle age is only one factor we take into account when generating the premium for a customers policy. Factors such as security and safety features and vehicle specification can also change the rate charged from one vehicle to another even if they are the same make and model.

The information you have been given is correct, you will need to produce your license in your local AXA branch and then they can issue your full insurance certificate and disc for the year.
