Across the Irish Insurance Industry, premiums have risen due to a number of factors. A sustained increase in the number of personal injury claims, higher court awards, and the collapse of Setanta Insurance, have all contributed to this.　

At AXA we are dedicated to keeping our expenses down, using cost effective vehicle repairers and fighting fraud. However, personal injury claims are very high, and despite our on-going efforts to minimise cost, all premiums have gone up this year.　

Our Digital team have had a look at your policy to see why you cannot make changes online. It seems you are not able to make changes online because of the specification of your vehicle and you had a named driver under 30 on your policy. You have since taken the named driver off your policy so you should be able to make changes now. If you are still having problems making changes online you can contact us on 1890 247 365 and we will look into this further for you.
